Managing candidates through the recruitment pipeline

Hello, I think the way to manage candidates through the pipeline could be simplified for the user and make us more effective. Presently, if I wish to update the status of candidate applications, we need to either open each candidate record individually, or we need to open each of the vacancies they are associated to. It would be much easier to be able to update all applications in process from a single view.
