We use the Authorize.Net integration, but noticed we can only match deposits to uncategorized transactions.  We sometimes issue refunds through Authorize.Net and are not able to match those withdrawals to batch deposits.  It would make it much more convenient, we have uncategorized transactions piling up because we cannot match the refunds.
