May I ask why the user requests to increase usability and retain their subscriptions, are not being met?

I am a new and a rather concerned patron - reading through all the posts in Books, it seems many problems with the software have not been addressed, yet others, which are not a priority, are.  Akin to serving soup instead of fries.

A six sigma/continuous improvement methodology based on customer request for usability is, in the analysis of successful companies historically, is by far the best approach for profitability - all round.
