So, you "are here to help"?
Do
you call it "help" when you fail to even acknowledge the receipt of my
request for migration from Books to Invoice that I made Tuesday, 28th
June?
Of course, without this I cannot expect you to send me a timeline for the planned migration either...
And,
likewise, you seem to have not seen that I requested this migration to take
place BEFORE the expiry of the Books trial? Or, you have but couldn't be
bothered to respond?
But what you can do is
automate a notifcation to tell me that the trial has expired and I can
not use Books without actively subscribing to the free plan, upgrade (ha
ha ha), or extend my trial?
What is the
point of the latter? I made a backup in case something went wrong during
the migration process (after all, it is Zoho...) and now I cannot do a
new backup for 15 days - which means any data that I enter now may not
get migrated - if Zoho decided to go ahead and actually migrate the
whole thing some time in the future!
You do know that bookkeeping and invoicing is critical to a business, don't you?
