Missing chat when exporting Private Conversations: Include Direct messages and private channels

I signed up for Zoho Cliq trial. I'm testing it out before upgrading.

When I export: "Private Conversations: Include Direct messages and private channels"

The chat is not visible in any of the exported json files. There is no chat history under 1.json. channels nor users.

Am I doing something wrong? Is the export pvt chat not functioning in the trial perhaps...or is it user error (me)

Please help I'd like to shift my company to Cliq.
