Smart friends - please help!

We have a few different sales groups geographically. in CRM, each of our sales teams has its own local area code twilio number for outbound SMS so customers get messages from a local number. In marketing hub, we have setup our first journey that includes some outbound twilio SMS messages, yet it appears marketing hub only allows for one connection, one outbound number in the entire system.

What's the workaround on this in marketing hub? It doesn't have to be twilio specific, but is preferred.
