A few days ago when I looked at the Banking page all of the feeds (all with Barclays or Barclaycard) showed a message saying there was a problem with the bank feeds. Subsequently, that message has not appeared and the Refresh Feed operations run without any error messages. However, no transactions are being updated.

I've tried deactivating and reactivating the feeds, but that has made no difference.
