My Zoho Assist Unattended Client is asking for Session ID when I try to connect to it

My Zoho Assist Unattended Client is asking for Session ID when I try to connect to it

This computer is definitely running in unattended mode. I have been using it in that mode for over a year but suddenly Zoho needs a remote support Session ID when I try to connect. I rebooted the client computer and it's still asking for it.
