Please help me, I had many tasks on the Taskz mobile app which have now disappeared. Currently I can only access my completed tasks and my Zoho projects tasks, but all of my email tasks and ones that I have added into the app myself are gone.

When I try to access my tasks through the email on my desktop nothing loads, just a small message at the top of the page saying that there was an error on the page

How can I retrieve my up to date tasks as some have very important details that I need to complete.
