Hello, we are currently using Zoho CRM and had somebody in our company create a new portal for Zoho Social. They tried to invite me to this portal but the button in the invitation email didn't work. We tried to just go directly to social.zoho.com and it wanted me to make a new portal. We couldn't get around that page so we just decided to create a new portal to see if once I was in Zoho Social it would allow me to accept his invitation. Needless to say it did not work that way. It made me create a brand and there was no way to join the portal he had already created. I now want to essentially delete everything I created in Zoho Social without completely deleting my Zoho user since we are using Zoho CRM. I deleted the brand in Social but now I've got some page loading loop (see attached) that I'm stuck in, even if I logout and back in. Any help?
