New Email Setup: Mobile Number Already Exist
I have two businesses already registered to use Zoho Mail and am in the process of adding a third. I want to keep all of my businesses separate in case the companies are passed on to another party in the future.
Since I'm only one person, I have one phone number which I used when I transferred one of my businesses over to Zoho Mail the other day. Now, I am wanting to set up email for my newest company. When I try to set up the first email account, I receive the 'Mobile Number Already Exist' error.
I looked in the account I transferred over the other day and saw the master phone number cannot be edited or deleted. I tried to use Google Authenticator instead of phone verification for the new account and it didn't make a difference. How can I set up my new company emails without a second phone or are there any suggestions on how I can get around this?
