New Subscription Email Notification
Hi there, hoping I can get an answer please to my question, relatively new to Zoho Subscriptions :)
I am creating a new subscription. Have tested in demo company area, and 2 email notifications get sent;
1 for the invoice, and
2 for a new subscription
My problem is that the first notification (invoice) gets sent with balance due with offline payment checked, but the second notification email (new subscription) says 'look in your inbox for your receipt'?
That would suggest that the same notification (new subscription) is sent for a subscription through the hosted payment page, but I'm unable to confirm it in the demo area. If this is true, to adapt the notification for online and offline subscriptions, should I just create text like 'look in your inbox for your invoice / payment receipt to cover either scenario?
If its not the same, which email notification is sent when a customer subscribes online, after the thank you page?
