Newbie Question

I am new to Zoho Books and am hoping to use it to automate my invoicing.  Let me see if I can explain what I need zoho books to do.  I'm sure it will do what I need, I am also sure that after staring at the screen my brain has shut off so any help would be great!

I have customers of mine who send in reservations for a hotel I work with as a booking agent.  Each of my customers needs to pay an amount that varies from reservation to reservation.  The reservation is tracked by name, check in date, and a unique reservation ID.

So step 1 is to bill my customers for each reservation in an invoice format.

After the reservation is complete, the hotel send me an invoice where I need to pay them for the reservation.  This is a payable.  I assume I should log this as a purchase order?  Not sure.

But at the end of the day I need to be able to take that unique reservation number and reconcile what my customer paid me, against what I need to pay to the hotel.  Line by Line.  

Can zoho books accomplish this and if so how?
