No emails received

I do not appear to have received any emails other than from other zoho users. my address is russell.tovey@phillipsbutterworth.co.uk. I am receiving emails from other Phillips Butterworth email addresses however have not received a single email all day. I have sent a test email from my hotmail address which has also failed to arrive. Please advise. Thanks Russ
