If I view the dashboards in View Mode from my admin account, in the upper right hand corner of the report there are two icons - one  that displays a tool tip on rollover "Export" and the other "Open in New Tab". 

However if I view it from a user account, only the "Export" icon is available. The "Open in New Tab" is of much more use to me in most cases than "Export" because I have a lot of conditional formatting applied to the table values, and these are retained in "Open in New Tab" allowing the user to view the larger table more easily in a standalone page of their browser rather than inside the dashboard where scrolling is more problematic for larger tabular reports.

From the Dashboard I have set user privileges so that the users have full read options. 

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
