Overview of Microsoft Outlook plug-in
Where can I find an overview of how the plug-in for Microsoft Outlook is meant to work? We are new Zoho Recruit users, subscribing at the time of your relaunch so some utilities (including the plugin) were not available at the time. Initially we exported our Outlook database of approximately 4500 candidates to clean up prior to importing into Zoho Recruit. We had lots of duplicates in our Outlook database, and also had to bring 93 columns of data down to 12 prior to importing into Zoho Recruit (which is now clean) The plug-in will be useful for us, but we need to know more details as we don’t want to create a mess by reduplicating those candidates.
