My team has reported an issue which started recently where when we paste an image into a new or existing reply or comment, the pasted image seems to ignore the current cursor location instead paste itself at the last character present in the reply/comment, or at the start of the reply/comment if there aren't any characters present yet. Amusingly, you can also see this occurred here in this reply - I pasted the first screenshot below the second, but the text editor moved it up to the previous character (below the paragraph).

I also sometimes see a spell checker correction appear which indicates that some kind of object has been pasted in:
