We are currently looking for a time tracking solution that would be bound to job openings and users. With this, it would be possible to report on job openings costs and employee performance. 

As a recruitment firm, this is a must have and we are currently tracking time outside of Zoho.

We have explored Zoho People for it's time tracking feature, but the Zoho Recruit integration doesn't seam to include time tracking functionalities. 

I understand that we could still add a custom integration with the People API, but I wanted to ask before: is this a feature that is currently addressed or planned for?
