Am I able to create a separate description for each probability so that I can group multiple probabilities under a single stage.
I know that I can already map multiple probabilities to a stage but then I would lose the description of that probability, hence my question.
For completeness i have the following probabilities:
10% - Lead
20% - opportunity identified
30% - Presentation
40% - agree to receive proposal
50% - Proposal submitted
60% - Shortlisted
70% - positive due diligence
80% - preferred supplier / verbal order
90% - contracts sent
100% - contracts signed
I want the pipeline report to show the following stages:
Qualification - 10-20%
Presentation - 30-40%
Negotiation - 50-70%
Contracts - 80-100%
Is there a way I can do this without losing the description for each probability.
