Plan Features changed / Downgraded and still got charged for premium plan

I`ve had the Professional plan since october. I has 3 brands + 1 complement brand to the plan all for $60 a month.

This month my membership got canceled due to a credit card issue so i repurchased the professional plan. The thing is the features changed and now it now only supports one brand so it is no use to me. Now I have to pay $55 for one brand + 1 complement brand. 

Tried downgrading to the standard plan and it did immediately but now i've already been charged the $55 dollars for the premium but im stuck with the standard one. 

Will I get the $30 dollar difference refunded? How do I cancel my membership and get a full refund? 

Need to solve this and as i`m from Argentina I can't call the free line.
