Poorly Laid Out New Tasks

Have been looking at the new mail app / tasks / notes etc this past few weeks and I'm sorry to have to say I think it's a total mess. Nothing seems intuitive,  it just looks like it's thrown together, the instructions are poor and certain parts just don't seem to make any sense (to me anyhows)

I cannot seem to edit groups either create them or move tasks between them, Tags ? how do I edit the tags ? 

I just get the feeling that Zoho seem all over the place at the moment, just too much going on, hope I am wrong but theres a long way to go before the new apps are fit for purpose.
