Invoices, sales orders, estimates, customers has custom fields.

But custom fields are not visible enough for quick see important data (like Rush Order, Need ship today). And to change (in this example DEAL STATUS) I need OPEN document, then click EDIT, and then SAVE.

Too many clicks just to change one field.

So to have better look on out order statuses, we use Clickup.com software to control all orders.

And to change "PRODUCTION status" I just click on label, then small dropdown list is show, and just click on new status. 

So what we need?

Just show custom fields similar to clickup.com ( with big labels with colors).

And possibility to change custom fields just on list, without go into document and then click edit.

With this option in Customers (or Estimates), we can have very simple CRM.

You can mark "Need call", "waiting for estimate", ... and much much more. Endless possibility.
