Power of Automation: Automatically create a folder within team folder upon task creation.

A Custom Function is a user-written set of code to achieve a specific requirement. Set the required conditions needed as to when to trigger using the Workflow rules (be it Tasks / Project) and associate the custom function to it.
Requirement:-
One of our customers wanted to create individual folders for each task within the Team folder in the Documents module of the project, aiming for enhanced document management related to the tasks. This was accomplished using custom functions along with Task workflow rules.

Make sure to replace XXXXXXX with the Zoho Oauth connection link name which includes the scope ZohoProjects.documents.READ and Workdrive.files.CREATE. For guidance on creating this connection, refer this link
