We have a form that a Zoho Desk Agent fills out to request an action from another department. This form output is to send an email once the form is filled out.

This form has multiple fields that exist within a Zoho Deal.

1) How can we setup the form so that it has a lookup field, say the Deal Name and then when the right Deal is selected, all the CRM fields in the form are pre-populated. This would save a lot of duplicate entry.

2) If the we can do item 1 above, then can we save this form to the Deal? That way anyone who goes to the deal can then see the form since it will be linked or attached to the Deal.
