we have a problem with the price lists!

The problem is that we have quantities with decimals (5.45 km, 3.61 m). But price lists do not support commas between quantities.

Ex: from 1 to 3 = 20€ / from 4 to 6 = 18€ / from 7 to 10 = 15€

the problem is that the quantity between 3 and 4 / 6 and 7 etc (eg 3.34 or 6.87) shows the base price.
