Problem with WorkDrive and Vivo X200 Pro

Hey there, 

after a long odyssey of searching for a new phone, several issues and defects with a phone from another brand and many reinstallations and transfers I stuck to the Vivo X200 Pro. 

So far, so great. Only thing not working is the Zoho WorkDrive, which is quite important for me. 

At first I could insert my credentials but was stuck in a loop. After signing in, I was brought back to the first "Sign-In" window. 

Now there's two symbols flickering in the upper right corner and I can't insert anything at all anymore. I searched through the settings if anything is blocking WorkDrive or if there's a permission missing, but I could not find the related adjustment I may have to make. I also associated documents with WorkDrive and added the suggested links that are associated with the app. 

Still nothing..

It seems like these two symbols stem from a Vivo app, but I'm unsure. I'll also ask around within the Vivo community, but if anything in here has an idea on how to fix that, please share it.
