Hi!

I am unsure how to tackle this in Inventory,

I buy items at $x and sell them to my customers at $x

I then next month receive a commission on what I have bought - it varies so it's not a definite % or $

How can I track them in Inventory - I in effect buy them this month and pay for them.
I sell them for the same price (so that way no profit)
I get a commission check the next month. 

Inventory is linked to Books so the purchase gets linked to the transaction in Books.
What is the best way to account for the income from the commission next month though?
