In the Purchase Order Template, there is the option to have a signature automatically placed into the template.  A feature I like as it means the PO has the necessary approval without having to print out, sign, scan in etc.

My challenge is this, the PO is 'signed' even when not approved.  This is a control issue surely?  I can see that there is a watermark across saying NOT YET APPROVED, but it does not detract from the point that the document is signed.

Is it possible to have the signature appear when the document is approved and only then?  I know this is not full-proof, but it does provide a further element of control.
