Hello Apptics Community,

Introducing Zoho Apptics' integration with Zoho CRM – a new addition to the list of apps you can integrate with Apptics!

You can now analyze event data from Apptics alongside the customer data available within your Zoho CRM. You can push 14 data points related to the events logged in Apptics.

The Apptics-CRM integration enables you to connect the dots between the customer interactions with your app and their overall relationship with your business. It provides a deeper perspective into customer behavior and helps you make well-informed business decisions for your app.

In the future, we plan to support data from other modules to be synced with your CRM. This way, you will have a holistic view of your customer journey across various platforms and channels, adding more context to your app and customers in one place.

Enable CRM integration in Apptics console

To enable the CRM integration from Zoho Apptics,

1. Navigate to Integrations in the left menu.



2. Click Zoho CRM under sales & marketing.

3. Add the necessary details like the application ID, CRM organization, and select the events that you want to push to CRM. You can either select "All events" or select the individual events.



5. Click Save.

Analyze Apptics' events in the CRM console

Once the integration is complete, a custom module called Apptics Events will be available in the Zoho CRM console. To access it, navigate to the CRM dashboard, click the three dots in the top menu, and select Apptics Events from the dropdown list.



You will see all the events data from Apptics. They include event name, event group, event trigger time, user email, platform, application ID, app version, OS version, SDK version, country, device type, device model, and mode.



Note: Apptics events will be synced and pushed to Zoho CRM daily, at 00:00 hours for your portal timezone.
