We are a school where we buy note books / text books / stationery items for free distribution to our students.
When we buy the above items we book the expense instead of creating inventory.
But we require to maintain a quantitative record of the items bought and also record of its issu to students. But no accounting enrty passed while issuing the item.
How to ddress the above in prmium edition of books.
