OK Zoho Books team.  I've recently been thinking about how to return to a place I've been after completing a transaction or action.  For example once I convert a sales order to invoice, I remain among the invoices in the Invoice Module.   When in fact I need to quickly return to the sales order list.  

My current work around is to open the sales order by right clicking and opening in a new tab.  Then when I'm done I can go to the tab where the sales order list is still where I left it. Not too clean because it is a pain to keep mousing and right-click-mousing.  I know there are other methods such as finding the related sales order but again there is a lot of picking-and-clicking.

That brings me to the "recent activities" feed.  It is fairly nifty in that I gives me an opportunity to quickly return to where I was with the sales order - still in the context of the sales order list.  So now I can open the next sales order in the list that I wish to work on.  I'm going use this as my method going forward.

My request is this.  Right now the feed shows the Title as the invoice Number with a subheading in a div as the record type such as the word "INVOICE".  What would really be helpful for the user is if there was an extra piece of information for context such as the "CUSTOMER NAME" or at least the first 15 characters of the customer name.  That way I can jump back to not just the most-recent transaction, but one I worked on about 15 minutes aga, when someone has a question on the order from "Customer X"  without trying to memorize transaction numbers.

There are many things I'd rather see developed - such as volume price-breaks, but this is one that might be easy to add-into a release cycle later on.
