Recipients cannot load documents sent through Zoho Sign

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot an issue a couple of our clients seem to be experiencing with documents we send them through Zoho Sign.

Some of our clients have reported that the document becomes stuck on a black loading screen. We have tried resending the document and asked the clients to try alternate browsers; nothing has worked.

Any advice or solutions would be appreciated.
