I am starting a window cleaning business, and the commercial clients I have will be scheduled to be cleaned weekly, bi weekly, and every 4 weeks...i know how to make a recurring invoice, but is there a way to make a cleaning/service recurring, so that an invoice is created but not sent? I'm not sure if I am asking this correctly...Basically, i would like Zoho Books to say hey (perhaps on a sunday night), here is all the cleaning jobs that are scheduled for Mon-Fri of this week, go ahead and print them out, and then give those invoices as recipes for services performed as i clean them. 

As it looks like it stands now, I have to clean the job, create an invoice for it, mark it as recurring, and thats that. Ideally what I want to do is print out all the jobs I have for the coming week, print them out, then give them as invoices/receipts when I'm finished at that clients business. Can Zoho SCHEDULE jobs? maybe thats what I should be asking?
