Refund with credit card - materials returned

Refund with credit card - materials returned

Hi
I can't see the account "Materials" (Cost of good sold) in the list of accounts to enter the refund, even though I have recorded every purchase, and I have paid always with the same credit card.
Please, help. How can I enter a refund for materials returned?
