We have a reasonably high usage org with Zoho Books, and are constantly being plagued with massive issues with speed/performance/load times.
We have been having this issue for a few months, and over the past 2 weeks this has become increasingly worse.
This was an issue at the start of the year as well. We were told something was updated on the Zoho side, which vastly improved things for a couple of weeks, but things have once again massively deteriorated since then.
I have had countless calls, web chats, and email conversations (one thread dating back to June now), often multiple times a day, and have yet to receive any tangible update on what is going on, why this is happening, and what Zoho is doing to resolve this.
This is having a massive impact on our business, we are losing sales due to customers losing our patience, while our staff our waiting desperately to Zoho Books to load so we can put on a new Sales Order, or while it sits there for 30-60 seconds waiting for a Stripe payment to process.
We have tried different internet connections, different browsers, different computers, but constantly have the same issues again and again, with it affecting some staff and not others one day, and then a different group of staff the next day.
This is only an issue with Zoho Books; Zoho CRM for example works without any issues whatsoever.
The lack of communication and updates from Zoho on this is incredibly frustrating, our staff are unable to perform their duties efficiently, and we're being left completely in the dark as to what is actually going on, or why this is happening.
I have requested several times that both this issue is escalated higher up the support chain, and that an account manager, or single person of contact be assigned we're able to speak with, as every time I end up contacting support (which is almost impossible to get through to via telephone), I start at square one explaining the situation repeatedly.
We feel severely let down by Zoho. We need a response, update, anything at all on what is going on with this, but most importantly, a resolution to this issue today.
All we are asking for is that the service we are paying for works.
