I have a list of Milestones that auto-calculate when a date is entered. I want to produce a report like the one below that shows a gantt type chart, with the Week Starting along the top and the jobs down the side. The auto-calc dates should fit into the colours grid. 

We've had specialists try it, but they cant get it in this format, which seems strange. 

Anyone know how I can do this?
