Report: Creating a report of active candidates by Job Opening

I would like to be able to create a report showing the number of active candidates (i..e associated and in progress) for each job opening in our company. The Candidates by Status report is showing all rejected candidates as well. I want to be able to filter these out. Also, I need to show the # of candidates by job opening. How do i do this?
