Reporting Feature Requests

Overall I'm pretty happy with the reporting capabilities. However, I've noticed that for reports, the best view of the data seems to be on the website page after running the report. The excel, pdf, etc. is difficult to read. I really prefer the HTML after running the report from a usability perspective. 

Also, from a PM perspective do not assume these reports are only for internal/user case. They may also maybe publically facing and go to third parties. 

My suggestions for improving the report piece:

1) Allow associating an e-mail template for the outbound mail, that way the account it comes from can be set along with subject, format, attachment types, etc. (P1)

2) Allow a field in the e-mail template for {Report.Data} which formats the data the same as would be seen on the website for increased readability. For external users, it would be nice to specify hyperlinks or no links in the report, and for outbound html emails rendering for the sent visuals/graphs (IMG + PNG attachment). (P2)

3) Allow pulling in all data into the report. For example, Job.Client.Contact.Property. Currently it appears to be limited to a depth of N+1

4) Make sure there is an option, so that if there are no records/results, that an e-mail does not get sent. No one likes blank e-mails. (P3)

5) Perhaps a way to allow users to self-manage the reports they receive and the interval. (P3)
