I have created a form and put a restriction to the number of submissions. However, i ran a test submissions on the form a few times and have deleted those entries.

Do those deleted entries count towards number of submissions received?

Just to be on safe side, I disabled the restrictions and then re-enabled it with the desired number in the restrictions. I just want someone to confirm this so we can go live without any worry.
