Resumes uploaded via zoho job postings are coming through corrupted- How to Fix?

Resumes uploaded via zoho job postings are coming through corrupted- How to Fix?

Hello, Applicants who apply for a posted job by uploading their resumes (in both word and PDF format) are able to enter their contact details into my ZohoRecruit account; BUT the attachments are coming through as Corrupted, meaning we CAN'T OPEN or VIEW the attached resumes.  How do we  fix this?  Thanks!
