You may as well give us the ability to remove whichever columns we choose - Date & Amount is not a priority to be listed for me & would tidy up the list nicely if removed :-)

I also notice the Invoiced, packed & shipped statuses aren't available in custom views ? - Oooops - that's just in Books, it's there in Inventory !
