I'd like to create my own view of bugs/issues when viewing across all projects. For instance I want to only see Issues with a certain status and certain fields. 

I see that I can create a Custom List within a single project but I can't find a way to do when viewing bugs for all projects.

Does this functionality exist? If so, where ?
