saving glitch for uneven times

Every 1st, 3rd, 5th etc time I open the file it wouldn't save. There message Saving.... appears and stays there indefinitely. the call never reach my server (because I log each call)

But every 2nd, 4th etc it is fine

This issue is only for sheet. Exportwriter is Ok each time

I am wondering does it have something to do with zoho load balancing and power off during the current storm. It just appeared today.

Any ideas?
