Dear community!

Since July 2nd we can´t use anymore Sign from the CRM.

If i press "send with zoho sign" in the modul deals from crm the small window for the process opens a usual.

The requiered datas and contacs are presently and i want to send the document for a signature.

But when i press the blue button "next" or "quick send" nothing happens.

For a fraction of a second you can see the loading circle in the middle of the window.

Do you have the same problem in your CRM?

Does anyone know a workaround to use the sign templates?

We can´t do our business without this function.
