People very often do not notice or use the time zone drop-down on the calendar booking page.
The time zone defaults to the company's time zone. This is a serious problem for companies that have candidates and clients across multiple time zones.
Appointments are often made at unintended times. They think they are selecting a time in their local time zone, but are actually selecting a time in the company's time zone. Thus, candidates/clients are not expecting a call.
