Hi,

I received an email that someone has shared a spreadsheet with me. This is the same email account that I use for my normal Zoho login. When I login using my normal credentials through browser/ios/android I do not see the shared spreadsheet. Presumably it should be in 'Shared With Me' in the apps? Why is it not showing?

I think on their own account creation they selected an option to do with EU, I'm in the EU but using zoho.com 

Certainly the emailed link uses zoho.eu and proposes a signup (but I already have a zoho account).

Any suggestions please on how to correct.
