Sign on issues

Hi, I contacted Zoho a week and half ago about one of our users. She is still having problems signing into our Zoho Recruit account. When she signs on, it redirects her to a trial Zoho CRM version rather than our company account. Please advise on how we can reconcile this. The user is mprimmer@kremgroup.com.
