I tried to see if others have this issue, but have not seen any posts. When leads are created, whether by list import or automatically from a website contact form, it seems Zoho will skip based on email only if that email is in a Lead record, but does not cross check if there is already a Contact record with that email. Has this been a problem for others? Is this something that can be fixed?
