Smart quotes and placing comma inside them (which is the convention in the United States always and UK sometimes)

Hello, currently putting a comma inside smart quotes makes it think you're starting a new one, so you get:

“Since you’ve been gone,“

instead of

“Since you’ve been gone,”

The American convention is to always place commas inside quotes rather than outside, and in the UK you can do either based on the construction of the sentence. So this should be fixed.
