"Sorry, You dont' have required access"
Was hoping somebody could help, as we cant get any response from Zoho.
All our subscriptiosn are now show this error "
Sorry, You dont' have required access" when you use the url from the plan. It started about a week ago.
I've tried creating new ones and they have the exact same issue.
Before you ask yes we have a paying subcription, no we cant get any response out of zoho, we ring and can only leave a message that is never answered and our emails to support fall on deaf ears.
Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated.
