"Sorry, You dont' have required access"

"Sorry, You dont' have required access"

Was hoping somebody could help, as we cant get any response from Zoho. 

All our subscriptiosn are now show this error " Sorry, You dont' have required access" when you use the url from the plan. It started about a week ago. 

I've tried creating new ones and they have the exact same issue.

Before you ask yes we have a paying subcription, no we cant get any response out of zoho, we ring and can only leave a message that is never answered and our emails to support fall on deaf ears.

Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated.
